Refunds of initial deposits are available within 30 days days of the initial deposit. Refunds will not be eligible if the user has used any portion of those funds to play in a contest. All entry fees after entering a contest are considered final. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the account was registered. 

Rewards attained through promo codes or referrals are not refundable and can only be used on Clout Fantasy (Three Curve Esports Inc).

Customers depositing funds using a credit card in some states may see a charge on their credit card statement labeled “international transaction fee” or similar description. The company processing credit card payments for Clout Fantasy (Three Curve Esports Inc) in certain states may operate outside the United States and may impose fees for international transactions.
